  • Winding structure: Pneumatic expansion shaft, with 40 mm, 70 mm, 76 mm and 150 mm diameter, 2 pieces each on central drive shaft, diameter of drive shaft 220 mm, surface finely ground and hard chrome-plated. Automatic lifting with increasing diameter, pressure regulation by electro-pneumatic control via proportional valve. Version with two channels, pneumatic loading or unloading of the support arms

  • Rewinder drive: 2 4 kW servo motors with pre-tensioning system, automatic web tension control in normal operation from 5 N to 220 N (boost plus 20 %)

  • Unwinding structure: shaftless unwinding with expansion cones for diameters of 70 mm, 76 mm and 150 mm as well as pneumatic expansion shafts for diameters from 40 mm.

  • Unwinder web tension: 4 kW servo motor with automatic web tension control in normal operation from 10 N to 130 N. (boost plus 20 % possible)

  • Main motor preference: S wrap with 4 KW servo motor, drive connected to cutting unit. The traction roller surface is hard chrome-plated and finely ground, the pressure roller is rubberized with PU, pressure can be regulated pneumatically

  • Web guiding by means of PAUSOURCE controller and CCD line sensor Edge detection on the material edge (with corresponding contrast) or control strip possible.

  • Crease-free rewinding and slitting with adjustable spreader rollers
