The PROFIline ZM-320 die-cutting machine enables the register-accurate production of labels and die-cut parts for making up and checking web-shaped materials up to a width of 320 mm.

The flexographic printing and die-cutting machine works with the servo and control system of a well-known German manufacturer and consists of an unwinder, web guiding system, register control, film laminator, rotary (semi-rotary) die-cutter, slitter and rewinder.

Properties

EASYline ZM-320 Rotary / Semi-Rotary Label Die-cutting Machine is a newly developed converting machine. Equipped with unwinder, web guiding, flexo printing unit, die-cutting unit, lamination, slitter, sheet cutter, shingle delivery and rewinder.

  • The machine works with a Bosch-Rexroth servo and control system

  • The patented register die-cutting system works with a fully or semi-rotating die-cut, depending on the product requirements.

  • In semi-rotary mode, the web tension between the unwinder, web guide and rewinder is controlled at all times and therefore remains constant.

  • The ZM-320 has a 168-tooth magnetic cylinder. In semi-rotary mode, only the cutting plate needs to be changed.

  • The EASYline ZM-320 combines high speed, high accuracy, simple operation and high efficiency with low costs.

  • For large runs, the magnetic cylinder can be replaced and the machine can be operated at up to 120 m/min.
